How to install the a702 OPOS driver and test harness.

1. Run setup.exe to install the test harness and the OPOS driver (a702.dll).
2. Double click on a702.reg to set the registry. Refer to the document OposScale.doc 
   paragrhaph 4.1 to set the communication port.
3. Register the OPOS driver by running "regsvr32 A702SO.dll"
